A home in this building can trade twice inside a year and come back to the market at a lower asking price than it left at, and a listing portal will not show you that, because a portal lists homes one at a time rather than the sequence a single home goes through. So I publish the sequence. Every trade in the building over the last twelve months, unit by unit, with the days each one sat. Two like-for-like comparisons of a finished home against one sold in original condition, every figure labeled as an asking price, because Texas publishes sale prices only in bands. The monthly assessment worked out per square foot from one named home, so you can compare a carrying cost against another building instead of against a fee. Where a figure is not public, I say so on the page instead of estimating it.
